39 weeks already...OMG

Its 39 weeks already...tapi masih belum ada tanda2 awal yg baby nak kuar...hehehehe...maybe dia nak tunggu daddy balik dulu kot... and mami still did not get any news (really hope it will be GOOD NEWS) from daddy.
buruknya kakiku yang bengkak ini

Last two weeks, Chaca demam + flue + coughing. And Popai have to berjaga malam sebab Chaca akan bangun around 3.30 - 4.00 early in the morning sebab hidung dia blocking. Letihnya hanya tuhan yang tahu...dahla after that Popai nak kena pegi keje plak. And finally Chaca getting better but still in running nose and coughing until today.

And last two days, Atim plak start having fever. Yang sulung ni kalau demam, nak kena take care lebih sikit coz dia ada fits / seizure (sawan). Start from 8 months dia kena...and dia penah kena Kawasaki disease. Penah dengar tak? it is not Coxsackie virus. Totally different.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Kawasaki disease (KD), also known as Kawasaki syndrome, lymph node syndrome and mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome,[1] is an autoimmune disease that manifests as a systemic necrotizing medium-sized vessel vasculitis and is largely seen in children under five years of age. It affects many organ systems, mainly those including the blood vessels, skin, mucous membranes and lymph nodes; however, its most serious effect is on the heart where it can cause severe coronary artery aneurysms in untreated children. Without treatment, mortality may approach 1%, usually within six weeks of onset. With treatment, the mortality rate is less than 0.01% in the U.S.[2] There is often a pre-existing viral infection that may play a role in its pathogenesis.[3] The conjunctivae and oral mucosa, along with the epidermis (skin), become erythematous (red and inflamed). Edema is often seen in the hands and feet and one or both of the cervical lymph nodes are often enlarged. Also, a remittant fever, often 40℃ (104°F) or higher, is characteristic of the acute phase of the disease.[4] In untreated children, the febrile period lasts on average approximately 10 days, but may range from five to 25 days.[4] The disorder was first described in 1967 by Dr. Tomisaku Kawasaki in Japan.

Until now, kalau Atim demam memang kena bagi perhatian lebih sikit. Dan disebabkan perhatian lebih tulah, Popai as a mommy yang letih.

Next week on Friday, cukuplah usia kandungan Popai 40 weeks, kalau takde tanda jugak...nampaknya terpaksa induce. Popai taknak tunggu dah. Tak larat dah nak membawa peyot yang memboyot ni ke hulu ke hilir. Cuma masalahnya sekarang, hubby balik ke tidak? Kalau dia tak balik, sapa yang nak jaga Popai masa pantang nanti?? Yang penting 1st two weeks tu...after that Popai boleh handle everything alone. Takkan lepas bersalin Popai nak bawa keta and bawa anak2 pegi beli lauk untuk masak. Bawak kereta tu takde masalah...nak mengangkut anak2 especially yang kecik tu...adoi ai.

Mesti korang tertanya2, nape tak suh mak Popai jek datang tolong...?? Ok, now start sad story. Mak orang lain maybe tak sama dengan mak Popai. If my mum nak tolong, tak payah nak tunggu after me deliver, sepatutnya sebagai ibu, awal2 lagi dia dah datang membantu anaknya yang sedang dalam kesusahan. But until now, bila Popai call what I get is "Ijamkan sekolah!" (Ijam tu anak buah Popai - anak abang yang my parents take care since dia dilahirkan). I am not selfish, tapi takkan setakat ponteng seminggu dua pre-school tu boleh effect masa depan dia. It is pre-school OK, not primary school or secondary school. Cousin Popai yang bersalin aritu, balik berpantang kat kampung 3 months, selamba jek anak dia yang sulung ponteng sekolah tadika 3 bulan. Popai taknak cerita lebih2, nanti orang kata kita memburukkan ibu sendiri...tapi itulah hakikat yang perlu Popai hadapi. Kalaula arwah abah masih ada...I am really sure yang diaorang akan stay dengan Popai during my pregnancy. Abah, adik really miss u..!!
